Hillside Village of De Soto

Hillside Village of De Soto, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, is conveniently located just minutes from Lawrence and the Kansas City area. We offer 38 Assisted Living apartments with several floor plans and 49 Skilled Nursing beds, all of which are Medicare certified, and accept Medicaid for all three KanCare providers. Hillside Village staff provides onsite physical, occupational, and speech therapy and is available six days a week. We are locally owned and operated with the owner onsite daily. We have been awarded the Five-Star Quality rating by Medicaid, which CMS created to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily and to help identify areas about which you may want to ask questions. The Nursing Home Compare website features a quality rating system that gives each nursing home a rating of between 1 and 5 stars. Hillside Village is taking all required COVID-19 precautions to ensure the safety of our residents and staff. We are currently at 100% vaccinated for our residents and 99% for our staff. This puts us in the top 10 facilities in Kansas for vaccination rates.
